Let’s keep it real, 2020 has been rough. However, like many tough times in our lives, there’s lessons to be learned. Throughout this year, we’ve understand the value of life, loving on loved ones and the importance of loving on ourselves. Honestly, I feel more connected to others than ever before and feel extremely grateful for where I am in life!
Self Care Tips This Week: 1. Carve out at least 10 minutes in the morning or night of pure quiet time. 2. Light a candle. 3. Read a book. 4. Talk a walk outside…bundle up though 🤗
