It’s Not Too Late!
It’s January 17, 2022, and New Year resolutions are in full effect…. for some. For others, New Year resolutions have been pushed back until 2023, already, but this does not have to be the case. Who says that we must plan and start a goal when a new year approaches us? Although, the New Year is a great way to create fresh goals and become excited about a task, this is not the only time that we can or should be creating new goals. I would like to let you know that it is never too late to start anything. We can always create goals any time of the year. I believe that we need to be mentally prepared to make major changes in our lives; some of us are not ready on January 1st. If you do have a new goal, that you are still struggling to start, it’s not too late and you can start or continue now. Here are a few tips on how to get back on track:
- Decide where you left off and pick up from there.
- Identify barriers that influenced you stopping your goal(s).
- Set aside time to help plan out how to achieve your goal.
- Meditate on how your goal is going to show up in your life
- Be practical.
- Go!
