Breathing

There’s power in learning how to breath when we need to calm down and relax. Breathing not only releases tension, but slows us down enough to process our thoughts. Often, when we are moving fast and making impulsive decisions- the outcomes are not as great. So, I encourage to take a stretch, allow yourself to breath and to think clearly in order to move more effectively.
