We live in the day and age where technology and social media has become an extension of who we are.
While there are benefits of both technology and social media, having immediate access to news, people lives and pretty anything else can be emotionally and mentally draining! It is important to be mindful of information you absorb because it often becomes a part of our spirit and thinking process and ultimately effects how we feel and what we do. It is essential that we reflect on what we spend our time on reading and listening to and then reflect on how it is effecting us.
I encourage you to spend time self-reflecting and be mindful of what you’re absorbing. Further, I encourage you to absorb information that is healthy for your mind, which will ultimately br healthy for your emotions and your actions.
